Order Processing
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another notification once your package has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use trusted carriers such as USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (if available). Please allow some time for the tracking details to update.
Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue with your delivery:
- Check the tracking link
- Confirm the shipping address
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address at the customer’s expense.
